Update Policies

The following are policies regarding how character updates and tag requests are handled by staff between events.

E-mail Character Update

Send an e-mail to Head of Logistics. Include in the subject line "Character update for (Real Name) - Character (Character's Name)." In the e-mail include your real name again, and then place the name of the character you are updating. If you do not know how much build you have, ask, but please go ahead and list the skills that you want to buy in descending order of importance. If you do not have enough build then you will either receive an e-mail or be told at the event. Include who your teacher is, if you need a teacher for your new skill, the teacher's real name and character name. If you have an e-mail address for the teacher then please include it.

If you wish you use Gob for your character update, then please say so in the e-mail and you can hand the Gob in when pick up your envelope. The envelopes will be marked with how much Gob you owe and you will not be able to pick up your envelope until you turn in your Gob. You can preview items you can buy with Gob at the Gob Store.

Deadline for online character updates are a week before the event. E-mails sent after the deadline will be ignored.

Tag Requests

Use the online tag request page to send the Head of Tags an email with you request! Be sure to include your real name on the first line, and character name on the second line. The following is an example tag request:

Please include numbers next to how many tags you need, and Head of Tags will be checking and verifying ALL columns via the great logistics people. Start with your abilities first (slays, dodges ,resists, etc...) then go to columns.

Be sure to have any spell books, alchemy, poison books, etc. when you pick up your envelope. E-mails sent after the deadline will be ignored. Currently we are only taking tag requests for the Friday night of any event.
